Bonjour! That's me, Aleta. Today I tell about my experience in weight loss.

My weight was much more than now just a while back and I could hardly move into car or bus!

Inside, I've always been a child, didn't want to become an adult. That's why boys, relationships, short skirts and parties were miles away from me until 19 or so. But when I reached high school age, I started to realize that I wanted other people to pay special attention to me too. 

When I was a child I was a plump girl too. At first my parents were glad to see their daughter had such a great appetite. But then my obsession with substantial delicious meals became a part of my lifestyle and didn't leave me for many years. Naturally, excess weight was a serious thing for me.

However,  my dream to get a nice figure remained just a dream. I stopped going to the concerts, using public transport and even flying on the plane for one simple reason: I didn't fit in seats in the bus. 

I tried to slim down, but my weaknesses didn't let me do it. It was too shameful and difficult for me to start going to the gym. A jiggly belly, shortness of breath, sweating. Ugh! I felt helpless and the only thing that could calm me down was food. Once I found some home recipes in the internet and started to drink this immideately. After a while, I have noticing that my wight weight gradually began to decline. It was a hard, but now I remember this time with smiling!) May be it works!


Cranberry cocktail

Cranberries have properties that can help maintain health, and are for people who try to lose weight because they contain a large amount of antioxidants and are very low in calories ..

The ingredients are:

1 teaspoon of flax oil
Half a cup of fresh or frozen goji berries
1 tablespoon of apple or honey juice
8 ounces of water
To prepare it:

Mix all the ingredients and infuse for 10 hours.

Grapefruit juice

Grapefruit juice is a beverage that can burn fat. You can drink a glass a day.

Goji berries:

Ingredients:

 Water 350 ml.
11/2 Tablespoon of goji berries (60 berries approx.)
1 Agave honey (to taste)

Once you have all the ingredients together, put the fire on low heat and wait for the water to boil. While the water reaches the boiling point, prepare to obtain your infusion of goji berries.

Lose weight with raspberries

Raspberries can be an important factor to help us lose weight, since eating these fruits, along with good eating habits, water intake and exercise are behaviors that will make us lose extra kilos.

Take a fresh glass of raspberry juice every morning half an hour before breakfast.
Afterwards, eat a glass of raspberries between meals, that is, another 2 times a day (one glass after breakfast and between meals, and another after lunch and between dinner).

Fruit of the sky

Fruit of the sky são outra fruit that can be an excellent ally when it comes to eliminating those unwanted calories: pouco caloric e com um baixo glycemic index, fruit of the sky and perita na prevenção do armazenamento of corporal fatness.

 

This experience of losing weight taught me that I can achieve anything. I feel like I'm on top of the world. The only purpose in my life was to improve my physical health. Well, I've done it.
